Shortly prior to the date set for the hearing in the above-entitled matter, Complainant’s counsel filed NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL OF CITATION AND COMPLAINT withdrawing its complaint against Respondent and requesting that the scheduled hearing be canceled. Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on September 13, 2000, at 9:00 a.m. be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that the entire CITATION AND COMPLAINT in Case Number M00-1265 be closed.
