The parties presented evidence and, after a discussion of the significance of that evidence, Complainant agreed to withdraw her complaint against Respondent’s contractor’s license. The undersigned therefore presents the following Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Recommended Order to the Registrar of Contractors for his approval and adoption. FINDINGS OF FACT Complainant agreed to withdraw her complaint and to consent to the entry of an order dismissing it with prejudice. Complainant was apprised of the effect of withdrawing her complaint. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW Complainant’s election to withdraw her complaint warranted termination of the hearing and warrants dismissal of the charges contained in the Registrar’s Citation and Complaint. RECOMMENDED ORDER In view of the foregoing, it is recommended that the Registrar dismiss with prejudice the Citation and Complaint in Case No. M00-1121 against Respondent’s contractor’s License No. 108980, Class B.
