On June 28, 2000, the undersigned Administrative Law Judge received a Notice of Settlement from Attorney Shane L. Harward, stating that the parties have resolved their dispute.

Based upon the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for August 25, 2000, at 9:00 a.m. shall be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter shall be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for any further action that the Director deems appropriate.
