IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

This matter was referred to the Office of Administrative Hearings on June 13, 2000, to be set for administrative hearing. At the same time, the Registrar also provided case documentation from the Registrar’s file; that file information showed that the parties had settled the matter. The Office of Administrative Hearings had received several other copies of settlement letters and notices sent to the Registrar from the parties, but had not received any Notice of Hearing setting the matter for hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings. On July 7, 2000, the Office of Administrative Hearings received the Registrar’s Notice of Hearing [issued July 5, 2000] in the above captioned matter setting the hearing to be held on August 18, 2000. Ample notification being given that the parties have settled the matter, it is determined to vacate the scheduled hearing, and remand the matter to the Registrar for any further handling.
