ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE: Anthony Halas _____________________________________________________________________ The above-entitled matter came on for hearing on June 29, 2000, at 9:00 a.m., pursuant to advance notice duly sent to both parties. Although the start of the scheduled hearing was delayed for approximately 15 minutes to afford added time in which to make an appearance, neither party appeared, nor was any information received to explain either party’s absence. Complainant, by the aforementioned default in appearance at the hearing, failed to sustain the required burden of proof. Accordingly, it is recommended that the complaint in Case No. M00-1020 be dismissed. Done this day, June 29, 2000.
