Shortly prior to the date set for the scheduled consolidated hearing in the above-captioned matters, counsel for the named Complainant filed confirmation that all matters in issue between the parties have been resolved, also effectively requesting that the scheduled hearing be vacated and that the pending administrative actions be terminated. In view of the foregoing, and sufficient cause otherwise appearing herein, IT IS ORDERED that the consolidated hearing scheduled to convene on June 22, 2000 be and hereby is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that the entire Citations and Complaints in the respective cases numbered M00-0527 and M00-0275 be closed.
