The Complainant herein, Mr. Conrad B. Kresge, filed with the Office of Administrative Hearings, Tucson, on December 16th, 1999, his written motion to withdraw the instant Complaint. Mr. Kresge states in motion that he does not wish to jeopardize his health which might be caused by his continuing with this complaint. No opposition to the motion has been filed by the Respondent. Wherefore, it is hereby ordered that the administrative hearing of this matter is vacated, and the matter is remanded to the Registrar of Contractor with a recommendation for further action in the form of dismissal.
