IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The hearing of this matter is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. on March 8, 2000, in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. On February 2, 2000, the Respondent submitted a Limited Release of Claims signed by the Complainants. On February 3, 2000, the Office of Administrative Hearings left a telephone message with the Complainant requesting confirmation or denial that the Complaint was to be dismissed. As of February 15, 2000, no response has been forthcoming from the Complainant. In view of the foregoing;

It Is Hereby Ordered that the hearing of this matter shall be vacated effective February 28, 2000, unless the Office of Administrative Hearings receives documentation from the Complainant stating that the Complainant intends to appear at the scheduled hearing to prosecute the case; It Is Further Ordered that either party submit a copy of any document which is filed with the Office of Administrative Hearings to the opposing party.
