Abramsohn _____________________________________________________________________ The hearing in this matter was scheduled for the purpose of determining whether Respondent was in violation of statute and rule as Cited by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (Registrar). At the time set for hearing, the parties began to informally discuss items remaining to Complainant’s dissatisfaction. After approximately one hour of informal discussion off the record, the parties advised the undersigned that the matter had been resolved and settled between them and so stated on the record already begun. The matter having been resolved, and no items remaining for determination by this tribunal, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter be vacated and the matter remanded to the Registrar; ///
