This matter was set for hearing to be held on December 7, 2000, in Kingman, Arizona, pursuant to the Notice of Hearing issued by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (Registrar) on September 6, 2000. On November 27, 2000, the Registrar filed with this tribunal a copy of a letter dated October 4, 2000, from Rob Lange, President of Complainant, which indicated that the complaint had been completed. The letter further requests that the hearing be dropped as “all repairs have been satisfied.” Complainant requesting that the matter be dropped and no matters appearing remaining for determination at this tribunal, IT IS ORDERED the hearing in this matter is vacated from the hearing calendar, and the matter is remanded to the Registrar for appropriate handling.
