On May 17, 2000, this tribunal received a letter from Respondent, indicating that the matter had been settled and that Complainant had agreed to cancel his complaint and the hearing. A copy of a letter from Respondent to Complainant was attached; letter indicating that repairs were agreed to or done, and showing a sign-off by Complainant.
