IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

This matter was heard in Flagstaff, Arizona, on November 9, 2000. At that hearing, the parties agreed on a course of action which reasonably might lead to a full and satisfactory resolution of the contested issues. The Administrative Law Judge issued an order memorializing the parties’ agreements and scheduled a further hearing on January 5, 2001, in Phoenix, Arizona, to review the parties’ progress in concluding this matter. On December 14, 2000, Mr. Douglas B. Wood, the Complainant, requested to withdraw the complaint and vacate the hearing, for the reason that “Genesis Construction has satisfied the City of Cottonwood Inspectors as well as myself.” The Administrative Law Judge thanks the parties for their cooperation and efforts. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing set on January 5, 2001, and recommending to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors that Citation and Complaint No. F00-0263 be closed. ORDERED AND SUBMITTED this 14th day of December, 2000.
