This case is set for hearing on February 7 and 8, 2001. On February 5, 2001, the parties filed a Notice of Settlement and Stipulated Motion to Vacate Administrative Hearing, which states that the parties have agreed to a Consent Order in this matter but have not yet had it fully executed. In light of this, it appears that a hearing is no longer necessary. IT IS ORDERED that the hearing is vacated and this matter is remanded to the Superintendent of the Arizona State Banking Department.
