On July 27, 2000, counsel for the Arizona State Banking Department (the “Department”) filed a Notice of Final Settlement and Motion to Vacate the hearing of this matter. In the motion, counsel for the Department represents that the parties have reached a final settlement. Based on the above, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing set for July 28, 2000 is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and that this matter is remanded to the Department.
