On March 1, 2000, the Office of Administrative Hearings received several documents that the Respondent filed with the Registrar of Contractors. One of the documents contained a request that the instant complaint be dismissed. Complainant filed a response wherein it represents that Respondent has paid the disputed amount and it has no objection to the hearing being vacated.
