After a request from Complainant, the matter was continued for a hearing to be held on December 14, 2000. On December 12, 2000, this tribunal received a facsimile from Complainant Sheryl Craig requesting that the hearing be canceled, and the pre-hearing inspection be canceled. The burden of going forward and bringing forth evidence in support of her allegations in this matter falls on the Complainant. In the absence of Complainant proceeding with the matter, IT IS ORDERED the hearing in the above captioned matter is vacated from the calendar and remanded to the Registrar for any further handling.
