IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Prior to November 16, 2000, the date set for the hearing in the above- entitled matter, Complainant’s representative requested that the hearing be continued to allow for a settlement agreement to be finalized. The request was granted subject to a status review on November 29, 2000. On the information now available, it is concluded that the settlement agreement has been finalized, and that Complainant seeks to have the hearing vacated, and therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that hearing scheduled to convene on November 16, 2000, at 9:00 a.m. be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that the entire Citation and Complaint in Case Number 00-2584 be closed.
