IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The hearing of this matter convened on October 23, 2000, and was continued at the onset, prior to the presentation of any evidence, at the request of Respondent. The matter was scheduled for further hearing on December 14, 2000. On December 13, 2000, Complainant Christopher Robbins filed a Notice of Withdrawing Complaint in this matter. In the notice, Mr. Robbins represents that the parties have settled the matter, and gives notice that he is withdrawing his complaint against Respondent. Based on the above, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for December 14, 2000 be vacated from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings and that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for any further action deemed appropriate.
