IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

This matter, involving claims for alleged nonpayment of materials and labor, is set for hearing on October 31, 2000. On October 30, 2000, both parties represented by legal counsel, filed a Notice of Settlement and Request for Dismissal of Complaint, as the parties “have settled and resolved all claims and disputes between them.” The parties jointly requested that this matter be dismissed with prejudice “and that no adverse administrative action be taken against respondent or its license as a result of the complaint.” Parties may resolve a contested matter by agreed settlement.[1] Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing set on October 31, 2000, and recommending to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors that Citation and Complaint No. 00-2163 be dismissed with prejudice. ORDERED AND SUBMITTED this 30th day of October, 2000.
