The Complainant has submitted a request that the complaint be dismissed. The Complainant cites the fact that the Respondent has obtained counsel and she is intimidated by the possibility that she may be liable for the Respondent’s attorney fees. The Complainant is informed that there is no basis for an award of attorney fees solely from a Registrar of Contractor’s hearing between two private parties, before the Office of Administrative Hearings. However, the Complainant’s motion is accepted on its face and in view of the foregoing; It Is Hereby Ordered that the hearing of this matter is vacated from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
