IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On August 14, 2000, Respondent filed a Motion to Vacate the September 26, 2000 hearing regarding a complaint Stephen and Carol Finch filed with the Registrar of Contractors against Respondent. Attached to the motion was a document signed by the parties indicating that this matter has been resolved. Complainants have not responded to the motion. On August 31, 2000, the Administrative Law Judge issued a Procedural Order stating that “Because it appears that this matter has been resolved, the Administrative Law Judge intends to issue an order vacating this matter from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanding it to the Registrar of Contractors unless on or before September 11, 2000, Complainants notify the Office of Administrative Hearings in writing that this matter should remain on the docket and be heard on September 26, 2000.” To date, Complainants have made any filing with the Office of Administrative Hearings concerning this matter. Consequently, it appears that this matter has been resolved. THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED vacating this matter from the docket of . . . . . . . . . the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanding it to the Registrar of Contractors.
