IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Prior to the date set for hearing, the parties informed the Office of Administrative Hearings in writing that they had entered into a stipulation whereby Complainant had determined to withdraw its request for an evidentiary hearing on April 18, 2000. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on April 18, 2000, at 9:00 A.M. be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that the Registrar issue an ORDER DISMISSING THE COMPLAINT. Set forth this 20th day of March in the year 2000.
