IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Complainants have informed the Office of Administrative Hearings that, because they have come to an agreement with Respondent, a hearing is no longer necessary. In view of the parties’ settlement, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on September 22, 2000 be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that it be closed. Done this day, September 21, 2000.
