The parties have indicated that they are close to reaching a settlement agreement. Counsel have presented facts to the undersigned Administrative Law Judge which warrant the vacating of the scheduled hearing for the purpose of further negotiations by the parties. In view of the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to A.A.C. R2-19- 111, that the hearing set for February 23, 2000, be vacated, and that this matter be returned to the State Land Department for further negotiations and final disposition. The parties have agreed to resubmit this matter to the Office of Administrative Hearings for hearing if they are unable to resolve their dispute through negotiations.
