IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Prior to the date of the scheduled hearing, the Arizona State Board of Cosmetology filed a communication with the Office of Administrative Hearings, indicating that this matter had been settled and requesting that the scheduled hearing be vacated. Therefore, good cause appearing, the above-entitled case is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and it is hereby recommended that this matter shall be closed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the settlement reached between the parties.
