IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Prior to the date of the scheduled hearing, the Arizona State Board of Cosmetology (“Board”) filed a communication with the Office of Administrative Hearings, indicating that they have filed a motion to deem allegations admitted pursuant to A.R.S. § 32-573 (E) and therefore, they are seeking that their request for hearing, previously filed in the instant matter, be withdrawn. Therefore, good cause appearing, the above-entitled case is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and the matter is remanded back to the Board for further action, in accordance with A.R.S. § 32-573 (E), as they deem appropriate.
