IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on December 27, 2000 at 9:00 A.M. be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Director of the Department of Environmental Quality with the recommendation that the Director issue an ORDER DISMISSING THE APPEAL.
