IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Pending before the Office of Administrative Hearings is a joint Stipulation to Dismiss Appeal filed by the parties hereto through their respective counsel. Pursuant to that Stipulation, the parties advised the Office of Administrative Hearings that they have resolved this matter, and request that the hearing in this matter, scheduled for June 27, 2000, be vacated. Upon consideration of the foregoing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-entitled matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanded to the Director of the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality for further action consistent with the terms of the parties’ stipulation.
