This matter is set for hearing on April 25, 2000. On April 17, 2000, the Arizona State Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (“Board”), represented by Assistant Attorney General Jeanne M. Galvin, Esq., filed a Stipulation to Vacate Hearing, joined in by Leon A. Thikoll, Esq., attorney for Mr. Edwin Martinez, requesting that the hearing be vacated and the matter be remanded to the Board for the reason that the parties had agreed to settle by presenting the matter to the Board on a stipulated set of facts. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing set on April 25, 2000, and remanding this matter to the Board. ORDERED this 18th day of April, 2000.
