The State has moved to vacate the hearing because the parties have agreed that the Assistant Attorney General representing the State will present a proposed resolution to the Arizona Structural Pest Control Commission that will resolve the issues in the complaint. In view of the parties’ settlement in principle, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on May 9, 2001 be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Structural Pest Control Commission with the recommendation that it consider the proposed resolution that its attorney will present.
