IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On February 7, 2001, the Director of the Arizona Department of Insurance issued an Order Vacating Hearing containing a representation that the parties have entered into a Consent Order that resolves this matter. Consequently, there is no need for this matter to proceed to hearing. Based on the above, and pursuant to A.A.C. R2-19-111, IT IS ORDERED vacating the above-entitled matter from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanding it to the Arizona Department of Insurance.
