Pending before the Office of Administrative Hearings is an Order Vacating Hearing issued by the Director of the Arizona Department of Insurance (the “Department”) on January 18, 2001. The Director’s Order states that the Department and Respondent Donald George Henderson have resolved the above-captioned matter by entering into a consent order. Based on the foregoing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED VACATING this matter from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanding it to the Director of the Arizona Department of Insurance for further action consistent with the Consent Order.
