IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On January 31, 2001, the Office of Administrative Hearings received a Notice of Settlement and Motion to Vacate the hearing of this matter wherein it is represented that the parties have agreed to a Consent Order but a fully executed copy of which will not be available for filing prior to the hearing. Based on the Notice and Motion, there is no need for this matter to proceed to hearing. THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED vacating this matter from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanding it to the Arizona Department of Real Estate. Done this day, January 31, 2001.
