STATE OF ARIZONA IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Prior to the date set for hearing, the Department of Real Estate (the Department) informed the Office of Administrative Hearings in writing that the Department has determined to approve Appellant for licensure through the Department, upon condition that Appellant become employed by a broker. Therefore, the issue(s) scheduled for a hearing before the Office of Administrative Hearings has been obviated and the appeal rendered moot. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on January 30, 2001 at 9:00 A.M. be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Director of the Department of Real Estate with the recommendation that the Director issue an ORDER DISMISSING THE APPEAL.
