IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On September 13, 2000, the Office of Administrative Hearings received a copy of the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order issued in this matter by the Director of the Arizona Department of Insurance. In the Order, the allegations in the Notice of Hearing were deemed admitted, a civil penalty was imposed, and Respondent’s adjuster’s license was revoked. Consequently, there is no need for this matter to proceed to hearing. THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED vacating this matter from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanding it to the Arizona Department of Insurance. Done this day, September 15, 2000.
