IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Mr. Ramlogan has asked the Office of Administrative Hearings to vacate the hearing because he is not available to attend a hearing at this time. The Arizona Peace Officer Standards and Training Board does not object to vacation of the hearing. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on April 2, 2001 be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Executive Director of Arizona Peace Officer Standards and Training Board with the recommendation that it be dismissed.
