This matter is set for hearing on June 20, 2000. On June 15, 2000, Assistant Attorney General Jeanne M. Galvin, Esq., representing the Arizona Peace Officer Standards and Training Board (“Board”), filed a Stipulated Motion to Vacate Hearing “for the reason that the [Board] will be dismissing the complaint against Mr. Osinski,” and further she avowed that Mr. Osinski’s legal counsel agreed “that the hearing should be vacated.” IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing and remanding this matter to the Board. ORDERED this 25th day of February, 2000.
