HEARING: May 15, 2001. APPEARANCES: Complainant was represented by Victoria Martin, Assistant Attorney General. Respondent did not appear. ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE: Gregory L. Hanchett _____________________________________________________________________ This matter came before the undersigned for hearing on May 15, 2001. Immediately before the hearing, Complainant’s counsel presented to the undersigned a consent agreement, signed by Respondent, wherein Respondent voluntarily agreed to permanently relinquish his Arizona peace officer certification. The agreement between the parties rendered the appeal moot and obviated the need for a hearing. Accordingly, pursuant to A.A.C. R2-19- 111(4), this matter is returned to the agency with the recommendation that the appeal be dismissed. Done this day, May 15, 2001
