Prior to the date of the scheduled hearing, the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control, by and through Assistant Attorney General, Eva Bacal, filed a communication with the Office of Administrative Hearings, indicating that the Licensee had turned in his Class 12 License and that this matter had been resolved and moving to dismiss its complaint and requesting that the hearing be vacated. Therefore, good cause appearing, the above-entitled case is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and it is hereby recommended that this matter be dismissed.
