The parties have informed the Office of Administrative Hearings that they have reached a settlement and, therefore, stipulate to vacate the hearing. Attached to the parties’ stipulation is an unsigned consent agreement and order. In view of the parties’ settlement, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on May 12, 2000 be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Director of the Department of Liquor Licenses and Control with the recommendation that an order be entered that is consistent with the terms of the parties’ settlement.
