On April 27, 2000, the undersigned Administrative Law Judge received a Stipulation to Vacate Hearing from Assistant Attorney General Daniel R. Christl, requesting that the hearing scheduled for May 2, 2000 be vacated because the parties have resolved this dispute.

Based upon the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for May 2, 2000, at 1:30 p.m. shall be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. The undersigned Administrative Law Judge’s April 25, 2000 Order should be disregarded.
