Prior to the date of the scheduled hearing, the Arizona Department of Liquor License and Control (“Department”) filed a communication with the Office of Administrative Hearings, indicating that the parties had reached a settlement in this matter and requesting that the hearing be vacated. Therefore, good cause appearing, the above-entitled case is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and it is hereby recommended that Department close this matter in accordance with the terms of the settlement agreement reached between the parties.
