On November 24, 1999, the Arizona State Board of Accountancy (Board) filed its Motion that this matter be vacated from the hearing calendar and be remanded to the Board for final disposition. The Motion recites that Respondent has cured his continuing professional education deficiencies that were to be the subject of the hearing in this matter. Based on the above, IT IS ORDERED that this matter set for November 29, 1999 is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and is remanded to the Board.
