Kowal _____________________________________________________________________ At the commencement of the hearing, the parties stipulated for the caption to be amended to read Lupe Bejarano rather than Lupe Bejavand. The parties further stipulated that Citation Number 11854 be amended so as to reflect an alleged violation of improper display of a parking permit which has a $16.00 penalty. Lupe Bejarano agreed to pay the $16.00 penalty and the parties agreed to have this matter vacated. THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED vacating this matter from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanding it to the Capitol Police, Department of Administration.
