Kowal _____________________________________________________________________ At the commencement of the hearing, the parties stipulated that Citation Number 11851 be amended so as to reflect an alleged violation of improper display of a parking permit decal which has a $16.00 penalty. Zoila Gaitan agreed to pay the $16.00 penalty and the parties agreed to have this matter vacated. THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED vacating this matter from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanding it to the Capitol Police, Department of Administration.
