Silver _____________________________________________________________________ Evidence and testimony were presented, however, subsequent to concluding the hearing, but prior to the time that an Order was issued in this matter, this Tribunal received a document from Department indicating that Appellant had paid the fine at issue herein and requesting that the hearing be canceled. Based on the foregoing, this appeal is deemed dismissed.
