ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE: Mark A. Silver _____________________________________________________________________ At the outset of the scheduled hearing, Spivey averred that he had issued the citation to Appellant in error and therefore, the citation should be dismissed. Based on the foregoing, for good cause shown, it is held that Citation no. 10237 be and hereby is dismissed.
